Refund policy

Wrongly shipped or defective merchandise may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation of the following: sales receipt and original packaging (unopened cans with wine to be evaluated).

If the Products you ordered arrive damaged:

  • If the damage is visible, do not accept the order from the shipping company.
  • Please call VinoShipper at 866-678-8466 and they will work with you to get the Products replaced.

If you received Products different from those which you ordered:

  • Please call VinoShipper at 866-678-8466 and they will work with you to get the Products replaced.

If an order is returned as undeliverable, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs. Other restrictions may apply.
